Trained by the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), since October 2017. She has been a member of the team of assistants of the Somatic Experience Course in Portugal since 2017.
Trained in Bodynamic Foundation Training, by Bodynamic International, since 2019.
Graduated in Inner Relationship Focusing since 2020, by the Institute of Focusing and Inner Alchemy.
Started training in Body Analysis in 2022, and has been in training ever since.
With a Chengdu degree in Chinese Medicine from Chengdu TCM University, China, in partnership with Dr. Pedro Choy – UMC, Portugal, within the specialties of Acupuncture, Tui Na and Herbal Medicine, since 2007.
